Two usual causes, both in QR Tiger’s own documents: free dynamic codes stop after 500 scans each, and paid codes live exactly as long as the subscription behind the qrtiger.io redirect.
If the code was free and lived somewhere busy — a counter card, a table tent, a flyer in a window — 500 scans goes faster than anyone expects. If it was paid and the plan lapsed, the redirect lapsed with it. Either way the pattern in front of you is a pointer, and the pointer's owner stopped answering.
Drop in a photo, a screenshot, or the code file itself. We decode it in your browser — the image never leaves your device — and tell you who holds the switch.

A photo of the printed piece works. Sharper is better; we would rather say “unreadable” than guess.
Upgrading revives the meter. Replacing the code ends it: open the destination, generate a static code that encodes it directly (free, verified on render), and reprint. For a run of codes — a season of table tents, a SKU of labels — the Print Pack audits the set and sheets the replacements.
QR Tiger policy with sources: do QR Tiger codes expire?
The checker above judges one code. The Print Pack judges the set — and lays it out for the printer, validated.
Every code in the run on validated print-ready sheets — US Letter or A4, each cell with its label, its destination printed underneath as the human fallback, and a guaranteed 4-module quiet zone. Print from the browser or save as PDF.

Drop in up to 50 code images — files or photos of the printed sheets — and get one verdict table for the whole run: permanent, dies-if-unpaid, at-risk, unreadable. With one-click verified static replacements for every code that can die.
